More and more women are wondering if mammography is the best option  to trace breastcancer at an early stage. Most women experience  mammography as a painfull and  misogynistic examination. There are more methodes used in breasthealth studies, such as MRI, ultrasound, self examination and thermography, each having their own advantages and disadvantages.

The big difference between a mammogram and medical thermography is the fact that medical thermograhy screens physiological and a mammogram anatomical.  If there has been an anatomical change in the breasts (f.e. a cyste) an abnormal process on physiological level preceded.

So, it is fine to choose infrared screening because then you can really work on the health of  your breasts.  This is not possible with mammography while the change is already there and you only have the option to a curative intervention.
